World Migratory Bird Day-Open Birding Hours

Celebrate World Migraotry Bird Day here at Cabin John Regional Park. At this time of year, hundreds of birds are passing through on their long migrations south, and many choose to stop and rest at the nature center.

Join us in the back deck as we watch for our feathered visitors, some of which are only found in our area during migration.

Great for beginner birdwatchers, our Naturalist can answer your questions about birds and help you practice using binoculars to bird watch.
