- Asinara National Park

Birdwatching in Asinara National Park during a ringing camp in Piccole Isole Project. Asinara is a small island National Park in north west of Sardinia (Italy). A ringing station and an ornithological center which exists since 1998. In 2015 (18th year of activity) the ornithological center converts itself into a wildlife observatory in order to provide the National Park with research, management and divulgation programmes. During the World Migratory Bird Day we will list all the observed and captured bird species of the day in a checklist to see the extraordinary biodiversity of the island during the spring migration.
