Children Meet The Migratory Birds

The 6th Regional Directorate of The Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs is organizing the WMBD event with the participation of Yunus Emre Primary School students, teachers and Burdur Birdwatching Society members. The birdwatching activity will start from Kumluca Marshes and continue around Lake Burdur. The participants will be informed about migratory birds and the importance of their habitats while observing the migratory bird species of the site. Afterwards, Burdur Wildlife Rehabilitation Center will be visited and a rehabbed common buzzard and a white stork will be released together.
