Bird watching with the Monty's Messengers

The Department of Environment hosted a bird watching session with the Montserrat National Trust's children's group "Monty's Messengers". First, the children got to learn about the birds in a presentation where they also got prizes for quiz questions and goody bags. They were then taken to Old Road Bay to see wetland birds and terrestrial birds. Some migratory birds they saw were the Barn Swallow and the Blue-winged Teal.
