Like last 5 years, Nature Study and Conservation Club, Department of Zoology, Jagannath University is going to celebrate the world migratory bird day. However, 10th May is national holiday in Bangladesh. To get the more audience in the program the organizing comittee decide to celebrate the day on 9th May this year instead of 10. The program is going to be celebrated in the zoology department auditorium of Jagannath University.

10:02 am - 10:10 am: Key Note Speech by Delip K. Das, Assistant Professor, Department of Zoology, Jagannath University.
10:10 am - 10:20 am: Speech by Mr. Obaidul Hoque, President, Bangladesh Bird Club.
10: 20 am - 10:30 am: Speech by Chair Professor Dr. Md. Abdul Alim, Chairman, Department of Zoology, Jagannath University.
10: 30 am - 11:15 am: Presentation on Migratory Birds by Mohammad Faysal, Ornithologist and 1st president of Nature Study and Conservation Club.
11: 15 am - 12:00 am: Bird Identification Competition
12:00 pm - 12:15 am: Quiz Competition among audience
12: 15 pm - 12:30 am: Public Awareness building Drama
12: 30 pm - 01:00 am: Prize and Certificate giving
Beside the event the club is collaborately organizing another program to celbrate the day with Bangladesh Forest Department, Bangladesh Bird Club, Prokiti o Jibon Foundation, Bangladesh Zoology Association, CMS, AEWA- UNEP and NCS.
