On May 12, 2023, the NGO "Tinerii si viitorul" in partnership with Environmental Protection Agency Galati organizes the activity "Water: sustaining bird life".
The participants, organized into work teams, will make ornithological observations and identify bird species with the help of binoculars, at secondary school "Ion Creangă" in I.C. Brătianu locality, Tulcea county, located on the right bank of the Danube.
The activity will continue with the viewing of thematic films, and at the end the participants will create the image of a bird with their bodies.
The purpose of the activity is for the students involved to have knowledge about the diversity of migratory bird species in this area, about their biology and ecology, which they can add to what they study at school.
