Word Migratory Bird Day Celebration

This year, World Migratory Bird Day Celebration in Ethiopia is pushed one week because of the limitation in the financial and logistic preparations and it will be celebrated on 17 &18 October 2020. The event will take place in the Central Rift Valley where there are chains of Rift Valley Lakes which are used as important stop over and staging sites for migratory birds. The celbration will include Bird Watching, Educational Activities and a Media event, and people from different professional backgrounds and the communities will attend the event.
