Come make a difference for Minnesota birds and other wildlife species with staff from the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge. We will focus on collecting litter washed into the refuge from winter snowmelt and flooding. Learn about the Community Science App Litterati and how you can help pinpoint the types and locations of litter on the refuge and in your community. See and hear the migratory birds that are arriving and learn more about them while you improve their habitat.
Gloves, trash bags, water and lunch are all provided. Please dress for changing weather, wear sturdy shoes and clothes that can get dirty.
