Umpqua Valley Migratory Bird Festival

The Umpqua Valley Migratory Bird Day Festival is a combined effort by agencies (Bureau of Land Management, Oregon Depart. of Fish and Wildlife, U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the U.S. Forest Service-Umpqua National Forest), other groups (Umpqua Audubon, Umpqua Wildlife Rescue), and private individuals. The festival  provides education exhibits and activities explaining this year's World Bird Day theme. Exhibits include narrative games, bird-house building, identifying bird species, etc.
