Mida Creek Birdview and sensitisation

Worls Miratory Birds Day will be celebrated at Mida Creek, in Kilifi County Kenya. The event will include bird watching in the creek climaxed by Mangrove planting. Bird guides will help participant spot and identify marine waders, with special focus on any northern migrants that may still be in African.  Participants will include children from two primary schools (Mida and Mzizima), Mida Creek conservation and awareness group, Arabuko Sokoke Guides Association, Gede CFA and the general community. After the events, there will be a few awareness species about the value of birds and biodiversity by a few speakers.
