From warblers, thrushes, and sparrows to waterfowl, spring migration provides an excellent opportunity to view a variety of birds as they make their way north. Come learn about these amazing migrants with Bird Studies Canada’s National Conservation Outreach Manager Jody Allair on May 12th at the Learn to Bird Workshop. Invite friends or family members out to learn about our local birds, identify spring migrants, and become more familiar with using binoculars and field guides. This event is free, and is a great fit for anyone who has thought about taking up birding but didn’t know where to start! Come prepared for the weather and outdoor trails. Bring your binoculars and bird guides, if you have them (if not, these will be provided). For more information, please visit: https://www.ontariossouthwest.com/event/learn-to-bird-workshop/321/
