Water bird breeding in Pong-Lake, India

Pong lake is an international Ramsar site declared in the year 2002 and is home to about 1.50 lacs of water fowls.

I am working here as the forest range officer since five years and I record many activities of migratory birds every winter. Many species of water fowls are breeding around the Lake the number I counted last year was about 32 waterbird species.
