Visita al Bosque Rio Abajo

SOPI members and community participants are going to visit the Rio Abajo Forest between Utuado and Arecibo municipalities. During the visit we will identify endemic, native and migrant birds. The Rio Abajo Forest is a subtropical humid forest and habitat for the endagered Puerto Rican Parrot (Amazonia vittata) and a subspecies of the Broad-winged Hawk (Buteo platypterus).
